We’re looking for a Network Administrator who brings expertise, agility, and a security-first mindset to manage and support enterprise networks across diverse platforms and technologies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi, Firewalls)
• Daily monitoring of network health across switches, routers, wireless APs, and related systems (Cisco, HP Aruba, Arista, Fortinet)
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 network issues — escalating major incidents with proper documentation
• Perform backup/restoration and configuration management of all critical network components
• Monitor and secure network traffic via firewall policy setup and real-time traffic analysis
• Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of all network infrastructure, including remote IP-based devices (CCTV, RFID, Digital Clock, Access Control, VC systems, etc.)
• Patch management and firmware updates for all network hardware
• Maintain technical documentation for all configurations, incidents, and changes
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for support, service, and RMA activities
• Participate in audits, implement security recommendations, and uphold compliance standards
• Occasionally support onsite work in plant areas/data centers

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in network administration and operations
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), SMTP, SNMP
• Experience with Cisco, HP Aruba, Fortinet, and Citrix SDWAN technologies
• Excellent skills in diagnosing and resolving network-related issues
• Certified in CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Arista Networks
• Network hardening, security configuration, and compliance implementation
• Familiarity with monitoring & alert tools for firewalls and network systems
• Understanding of non-IT network-connected devices and IoT peripherals
• Strong coordination and communication skills with helpdesk and infrastructure teams
