Summary
Job Title: Technical Support Lead (Networking & Server Support)
Location: Turbhe Navi Mumbai
Reports To: Project Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day technical support operations for network and server environments.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for RF technologies, SD-WAN solutions, Fiber connectivity, and Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
Oversee and manage incidents, problems, and service requests in line with SLAs.
Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of network and server performance.
Work closely with Project Managers and Field Coordinators to plan and execute support activities.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical troubleshooting guides.
Conduct regular technical training sessions for L1/L2 support engineers.
Support in new technology rollouts, migrations, and upgrades related to networking and server infrastructure.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
6–8 years of experience in Network & Server support roles, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
