Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Strategy:

  • Drive sales targets by formulating strategies, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing performance with senior management.
  • Cultivate VIP/client relationships, maximize CRM capture, and ensure exceptional client experience.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to build a high-performance team culture.
  • Define schedules, ensure proper staffing, and promote career development.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee inventory, stock take, and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal policies.

Brand Representation:

  • Maintain store image, grooming, and customer experience reflective of luxury ethos.


Required Skills


  • Strong business analysis and driving skills
  • Be able to lead a large sales team to achieve excellent result
  • Great understanding of HK local market and clientele
  • Over 5 years store management experience in luxury industry
  • Essential to speak local language
