What You’ll Do
- Be the Face of Our Brand: Manage daily frontline tasks like booking appointments and responding to client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service to build lasting relationships and showcase our unique design ethos.
- Enhance the Customer Experience: Guide visitors through our stunning showroom and deliver detailed service information.
- Support Our Teams: Assist Customer Care and Sales teams with administrative tasks, including database updates, document preparation, and cashier support.
- Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold a polished image that reflects our brand’s excellence.
- Be a Team Player: Take on additional ASSIGNMENTS as needed to meet the evolving needs of our showroom.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: A diploma or higher, preferably in business, hospitality management, language, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven success in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or sales.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and a genuine customer-centric mindset.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to connect with our diverse clientele.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
- Personality: Outgoing, team-oriented, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts from 10:00 to 19:00, with one flexible hour.
