The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage current portfolio of accounts and generate new accounts in staffing or engineering services.
• We have 3 verticals staffing services, engineering services and software services (CAE software), so the desired candidate should bring new business in the staffing category.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to generate new business and scale existing accounts.
