Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Location: Mexico Offices – Onsite (3–5 days a week)

Cities: Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, Monterrey

Tenure: Permanent Hiring

Looking for a highly capable ServiceNow Developer/Admin to manage, enhance, and extend the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs. This role involves both development and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient ITSM processes, platform stability, and user satisfaction.

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions in ServiceNow, including workflows, scripts, and custom applications.
• Administer core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems.
• Maintain user roles, groups, and access controls (ACLs).
• Perform upgrades, patches, and general platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Document development efforts and provide user training/support.
  

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.
• Good understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong experience in platform customization and performance optimization.
• Integration expertise using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
  

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – highly preferred.
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, GRC, or Service Portal – nice to have.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – preferred.
