Job Overview:

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of IT and business solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. The ServiceNow Administrator will manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your challenges?

• Analyzing requirements and developing specifications to create innovative solutions for business challenges.
• Maintaining ServiceNow support processes, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
• Performing failure analysis and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Managing day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with development teams for appropriate platform extension, integration, or development.
• Supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you need to succeed?

• 3+ year of ServiceNow administration experience.
• ITSM experience and knowledge, including familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including System Clones, Upgrades, and Deployment Methods.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• CSA Certification.
