Job summary
Seeking a highly skilled Sr. ServiceNow Admin to join dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Skill set and experience required
- Intermediate-Advanced English communication
- Min. of 3 Years ServiceNow Administration
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's specific needs, including setting up modules like problem, change, and incident management.
- Build catalog and workspace user experiences and automated process flows.
- Manage user access and permissions, including creating and updating user accounts, defining roles, and ensuring proper authentication.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updating the system, applying patches, and implementing upgrades.
- Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Investigate and resolve support issues reported by end-users, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Provide technical support to users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation to assist end-users in understanding platform functionality.
- Train users and stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage data within the ServiceNow platform, including data imports, exports, and transformations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into platform performance and usage.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
