W Hong Kong is hiring an Senior / Event Manager (Event Planning).


Job Descriptions


Deliver the function of Event Planning by ensuring that business is serviced properly and in a timely fashion. Implements the brand's service standards and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the events process operationally and administratively. Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Working closely with other departments especially Banquet Operations and Culinary teams for an effective communication for a successful event as well as vendors / partners / community to expand our reach so as to create more opportunity / revenue for the hotel.


Job Requirements

Experience - 5 - 8 years of work experience in related positions

Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline

Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin

W Personality - Passionate, Playful, Audacious and Polished

W Look - Appear confident and well-groomed

You + You = W - Collaborate, embrace differences
