Our client is one of the largest real asset and investment firms with committed growth across Asia Pacific region, in the view of expansion, we are recruiting for Senior Event Manager. This leader will be responsible for overseeing and leading the group’s strategic event direction and operations in the region. Your role will plan and deliver strategic, tailored external and internal corporate events and communications across Asia and be the point of contact for best practice support and guidance for group events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional event plans in alignment with group strategic branding and communications strategy to raise the corporate’s profile and stakeholder engagement in the region.
• Ensure the quality of events, partnerships and sponsorships remains industry-leading, innovative, and consistent with the brand promise and thought leadership.
• Plan and deliver corporate and client events from concept creation, venue sourcing, supplier management, budget control and contract negotiation, event invitation, overall event logistics as well as post event reporting and analysis
• Levirate strategic regional communications campaigns and PR to raise the events and the firm’s profile in the region
• Prepare and deliver event communications materials across the region
• Collaborate with event partners to drive clear and consistent program governance practices and manage event risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders and event vendors to develop overall event plans and ensure successful event implementation.
• Establish and maintain a central repository of event materials, toolkit, and processes.
• Scope out external speakers and programs to improve engagement.
• Optimize external technology platform to enhance virtual/hybrid events offering
• Stay abreast of best practices and new technologies to ensure events are compelling and professional
Requirements:
• Strong event management skills and experience in delivering corporate B2B and B2C events, track record in leading large-scale regional events is preferrable.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
