Our client, an EPC company, is looking for a Senior Electrical Designer to join their Perth team.

Project: Mining Sustaining Capital Projects

Location: Perth

Duration: 12-months initial casual contract (with a view for extension)

The Role Responsibilities Include

• Deliver discipline specific design and drafting services that meet the company's, the client’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in peer reviews, interdisciplinary reviews and consult relevant resources as required and also contribute to the development and improvement of project design systems, processes, practices and procedures (where required).
• Communicate effectively and regularly with the project Lead, engineers, other discipline design teams, and Project Engineers/Managers on design progress, technical matters, workshare and resource planning
  
  

What You’ll Have

• A recognised design qualification (Advanced Diploma) in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant years of experience in designing and drafting with majority of experience in the resource industry.
• Bentley Microstation & Bentley Raceway experience is a MUST.
• E3D & Navisworks Simulator experience is desirable.
• Technically proficient in brownfield projects (experience in design from scratch)
• Great communication skills (client-facing)
