Summary

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical) to work on some large projects portfolio in the mining industry.

This role is a temp 3-6 month contract, working 12 hours a day on either 4:3 or 5:2 roster with an immediate start. In terms of requirements, this role would suit someone that has extensive experience working in a similar Project Engineer (Electrical) role previously.

Specifically, We Are Seeking Candidates With

  • Relevant engineering or related qualification or equivalent operational expertise
  • Experience in design and/or site support of electrical non-process infrastructure projects preferred
  • Knowledge of Rio Tinto electrical standards required
  • Strong QA/QC background
  • Client-side experience preferred
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Project management skills
  • Technical expertise in electrical engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Time management and multitasking skills
