Job Description

BGIS are seeking a Electrical Team Leader responsible for leading a team of talented technicians performing daily Reactive & Preventative Maintenance activities within the commercial/retail/hospitality & hospital environments.

This role is based in Perth, WA South of the river!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a growing team of technicians and apprentices
• Assisting and coordinating with senior management and technicians to ensure jobs are met by Australian Standard
• Ability to interpret Electrical schematics and competent in using Testing devices.
• Provide estimates and quotes across various jobs and projects
• Coordinate inspections for performed work
• Assisting the team by working on the tools as and when required
• Liaise with Facilities Managers to efficiently carry out the tasks and services required of BGIS under the terms of the Contract
• OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Possess the ability to listen; share information and works effectively with team members to accomplish goals
• Experience managing a team
• 2 + years' experience in a similar client services role
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Trade Qualified -Trade Certificate
