Job Responsibilities
1. Based on whole departmental planning, undertake annual business plans and sales target, develop and implement personal business target and plans.
2.Maintain current customer resources, respond quickly to customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction; and develop new customers and establish new partnership;
3. Regularly visit customers, understand their situation, handle customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for collecting relevant industry policies and customer information, analyzing market development trends, adjusting personal marketing strategies and feedback to company;
5. Responsible for collecting competitor information, including but not limited to new products, new field and strategy, and feedback to company.
Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, electronics, or English/Chinese fields.
Proficient in using office software and systems.
Proficient in English/Chinese writing and oral communication
Possess customer development skills and business negotiation abilities.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills, influence, thinking ability, etc.
