Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and optimize sales operations in the highly competitive FMCG sector. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and planning. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and annual sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead channel development initiatives and market strategies to expand market coverage and drive growth.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecast accuracy, and ensure optimal allocation of trade investments.
  • Oversee product portfolio planning, including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure effective execution and alignment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Planning in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English
