Job title: Sales Manager

Responsibility

  • Generate New Business in the Country for identified conglomerate/FDI/enterprise clients
  • Be thought-leader, to engage and advise with C-level from clients.
  • Should be experienced in Consultative selling at different levels
  • Build and manage the long-term relationship with clients.
  • Be responsible for sales operations activities for the company's Industry Solution, Software and Services.
  • Develop strategy and execution plan expanding to targeting clients to ensure revenue growth and to meet client satisfaction.
  • Build and drive the ecosystem in order to develop business in the market and leverage their competencies.
  • Be the leader orchestrating and working with solution/delivery team
  • Be experienced in working with Technology partners for offering complete solutions and services
  • Be the leader orchestrating and working as the program manager for new initiatives.


Job Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
  • Knowledge and relationship with conglomerate/ FDI/enterprise clients in Automotive/VLSI/High-tech industry.
  • At least 05-07 years of experience as Senior Account Manager/ Sales Manager/Sales Director in across industry.
  • Previous experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and customer relationship management is preferred.
  • English business level.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong focus on collaboration across the organization.
  • To be dynamic & positive mind.
