Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Shopify Website Manager with 6-7 years of hands-on experience to lead the management, optimization, and growth of our Shopify-based e-commerce store. In this strategic and execution-focused role, you will oversee all aspects of our online presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience, optimize site performance, and drive conversion rates. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital storefront is a high-performing and scalable solution to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Website Management: Lead the management and continuous optimization of the Shopify website, ensuring all features and functions operate smoothly, including integration with third-party apps, payment systems, and fulfillment processes.
  • Product and Content Management: Oversee the creation, categorization, and regular updates of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes. Ensure the store's content aligns with brand guidelines and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Site Performance & Optimization: Analyze website performance (speed, uptime, mobile optimization) and lead initiatives to improve loading times, reduce friction in the checkout process, and enhance overall site functionality.
  • SEO & Digital Strategy: Drive the execution of SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and backlink strategy, to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and bounce rates using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Shopify’s platform, apps, and integrations to maintain a flawless online experience.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze user behavior and optimize the customer journey to reduce drop-offs and increase conversions, ensuring a frictionless shopping experience from landing page to checkout.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-7 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce stores with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • SEO Knowledge: Expertise in both on-page and technical SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and website structure.
  • Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other relevant tools to measure website performance, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shopify Plus: Experience working with Shopify Plus for enterprise-level e-commerce solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Prior experience leading or mentoring junior e-commerce professionals or website managers.
