JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Manager to support the COO & CFO in managing end-to-end operations at Athletifreak India. This role is critical to ensuring smooth backend processes across supply chain, retail, and store development, while also serving as an operational extension of the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with 3PL warehousing partners
• Manage store inventory and ensure timely product supply to retail locations
• Liaise with clearing agents to ensure smooth and timely import logistics
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with retail and e-commerce teams
• Support store buildout execution and track on-ground progress
• Act as a key assistant and operational shadow to the COO

This is a growth-oriented role in a high-performance environment, suited for someone with strong execution skills and an eye for operational detail.
