Job Title: Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager Ed-tech Sales
Experience : 7-8 years in Ed-tech
Team leading experience - 4-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of education counselors and Team Leaders, ensuring adherence to SOPs and achieving sales targets.
2. Monthly Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and ensuring team meets sales quotas.
3. Edtech Sales: Drive B2C/Inside sales of Edtech products/services, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and negotiating deals to ensure smooth sales closure.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
5. Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day productivity reports, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
6. CRM and Reporting: Utilize CRM software to track progress with new prospects and report weekly sales goals and objectives to senior management.
7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company Edtech products and services, and ensure team members are informed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Edtech sales, team management, and leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in the Edtech industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
