Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients using cold calling, email, and networking.
  • Sales & Demos: Conduct virtual product demos tailored to client needs; coordinate with tech teams as needed.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM records, track metrics, and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • Client Relationship: Build rapport with stakeholders, follow up regularly, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for cross/up-selling.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and terms within company policy; focus on long-term client value.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on CPaaS trends and share customer insights internally.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (CPaaS/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
  • Target-driven, independent, and organized.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
