Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up.
2. Sales Engagement: Present and explain BPO solutions effectively, addressing client challenges and highlighting benefits. Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to provide detailed insights into services such as customer support, back-office operations, and technical support.
3. Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities. Provide feedback from prospects to refine and enhance service offerings.
5. Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the BPO sector. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of market dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present complex solutions in a simple, compelling manner.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office Suite.
