Role Description

 

Inside Sales Specialist - Cloud Sales. The Inside Sales Specialist - Cloud Sales will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Expectation:-

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT services- Data, Application Business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel Reporting
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
  • Experience with cloud technologies and IT services is a mandatory
  • Fluent in English & Objection Handling
