Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including lead generation, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing accounts, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
