Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager with EdTech sales experience to drive student enrollments for our Foreign Education programs. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conversion: Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and online meetings to explain course offerings.
Sales strategy: Drive enrollments through effective sales tactics, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and counseling teams to optimize lead conversion.
Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences.
Requirements:
2-5 years of EdTech sales experience (Foreign Education domain preferred).
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
