Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs.
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Track business performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Keep up with industry trends, including employment law changes, recruitment technologies, and workforce shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
