- Handling Inbound and Outbound leads for adventure travel bookings
- Manage a team of travel consultants and take responsibility of departmental targets
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns for lead generation from existing customer database
- Maximize new lead conversion and cross selling revenue from existing customers
- Ensure proper updating of leads, follow up and status on CRM
An ideal candidate should,
Have worked as a travel consultant in a call centre environment for atleast 3 years
Have handled a team of tele-sales executive in any industry
Understand of sales process, scripts, rebuttal and other hacks
Have used a CRM software
