Job Description:
We are a leading IT service organization, known for providing technical expertise for client projects. We are actively seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager with a strong background in HR operations, encompassing attendance and leave management, payroll processing, grievance handling, client escalation management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:Oversee and manage attendance and leave management systems.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Grievance Handling:Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and efficiently.
Serve as a key point of contact for conflict resolution within the organization.
Client Escalation Management:Manage client escalations related to HR matters.
Collaborate with clients to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Employee Relations:Cultivate positive employee relations throughout the organization.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Compliance:Stay abreast of labor laws and ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3.5 to 5 years in HR operations with a focus on attendance and leave management, payroll, grievance handling, client escalation, and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of labor laws and adherence to HR best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
