Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating training and development programs, and managing employee benefits and compensation. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with department heads to address workforce planning needs and ensure a positive work environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry to manage multiple employees
