Summary

· A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, but not required. · With strong personality. · Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. · With at least 6 months or 1-year experience in HR (Recruitment and Employee relations). · Can handle work-related pressures. · Experience in an office environment, particularly in an HR or administrative role, is beneficial. · Experience in Labor Relations and DOLE matters is preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Capacity to address employee concerns and resolve issues effectively. · Accuracy in handling employee records and documents is crucial. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. · Strong written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with employees and management. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
