Summary

Position: HR Assistant

Work Set Up: Onsite


Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Management:

  • Handle HR Admin Support tasks related to new hire personnel such as the collection of new hire documents.
  • Collect necessary documents for payroll account opening.
  • Manage government forms for updating employment records and ensure the timely submission of these forms to government agencies.

2. Records Management:

  • Maintain and organize 201 files of all personnel.
  • Update employment information for new hires and active personnel.
  • Ensure the notarization and tracking of employment contracts.
  • Prepare reports for payroll and government contributions, among other critical tasks.
  • Handle off-boarding documentation, including the preparation of Clearance, exit interview forms, and the release of final pay.

3. Labor Relations:

  • Ensure employees' compliance with company rules and regulations as specified in the company's code of conduct and discipline.
  • Conduct case investigations, prepare documentation, and provide recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; facilitate administrative hearings.
  • Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, contracts, labor-related notices, and papers.
  • Educate the company or departments on employee relations issues, potential liabilities, and possible courses of action in case of legal-labor problems.
  • Monitor employee behavioral and attitudinal issues and address them with appropriate action.
  • Communicate Human Resources policies, particularly those related to employee relations.
  • Facilitate employee relations and mediate human resource issues on behalf of the company.
  • Assess employee concerns and issue disciplinary actions.
  • Attend DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) audits and conferences to represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience (including timekeeping and payroll), with primary exposure to Labor Relations
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
