Qualifications Essential

  • University graduate
  • High level of English proficiency
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent interview and assessment skills
  • Demonstrated skills & knowledge in training, coaching & adult learning Preferable
  • Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, recruiting, staffing, training and employee development.
  • Proven track record of 5 years of solid hands-on training & development experience in program design & delivery preferably in relevant industry within multinational organizations Main Responsibilities Recruiting
  • Work closely with line manager on developing strategies and drive execution to attract top caliber employees in a high-growth environment effectively.
  • Partner with line managers to Update JD and recruitment database by coordinating with hiring managers to ensure exact position information.
  • Professionally manage the recruitment function to meet the resourcing requirements through innovative, cost effective and timely manner.
  • Ensure local sourcing practices are compliant with regional/local initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities.
  • Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.
  • Coach managers to improve the quality of assessment and interview techniques.
  • Provide recruiting reports accurately and punctually to line manager.
  • Provide cross support to other team member when appropriate.

Training

  • Research, plan, organize, and conduct training programs, seminars, and conferences for production, clerical, supervisory, technical, and management personnel.
  • Ensure the orientation and job-related training programs are well designed and implemented aligned with the skill and competency required.
  • Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; set up audiovisual equipment and make presentations when necessary.
  • Contact attendees and department representatives about training program.
  • Deliver the training feedbacks and evaluations to line manager timely.
  • Negotiate, organize and manage contracted training.

Others

  • Builds rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees at all levels, demonstrating awareness of their needs, background and culture.
  • Other tasks delegated from line manager.
