该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across our global organization, located in Shanghai. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities to ensure effective talent management and organizational compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Global Recruitment: Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts for all positions worldwide, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals.
• Compliance and Employment Management: Ensure all employee onboarding, management, and offboarding processes comply strictly with local labor laws and regulations in each country of operation.
• Organizational Design: Develop and refine appropriate organizational structures based on business models and operational needs, collaborating with leadership to optimize workforce allocation.
• Workforce Planning and Budget Management: Oversee headcount management, compensation budget planning, and cost control initiatives to align human capital investments with business objectives.
• General HR Functions: Handle core HR responsibilities including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, training and development, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with multinational exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of global and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
