该职位来源于猎聘 Main purposes of the job 职位主要目的: Achieve designated sales targets and KPIs; 完成制定的各项销售指标及关键绩效指标; - Ensure complete customers satisfaction all the time. 始终全心全意地为顾客服务,提高顾客满意度。 Key responsibilities 主要职责 Team Management团队管理 - Communicate all key information to the team effectively; 高效地与门店团队沟通必要信息; - Ensure “Right Person, Right Position, Right Time”, effectively control labor cost and every team member is deployed in an appropriate manner 确保“正确的人在正确的时间做正确的事情”,有效地控制人力资源成本并确保用正确的方式配置每位团队成员; - Recruit, train, coach and develop the team to ensure that they deliver brand standards and a great customer experience; 招募、培训、指导和发展团队以确保他们能始终传递品牌标准和优质的顾客体验; - Share best practice within team and/or the company; 在团队及/或公司分享优秀实践; Sales Management销售管理 - Lead and motivate store associates to achieve store sales targets and KPIs; 带领并激励门店员工达成公司制定的各项销售指标及关键绩效指标; - Analyse store sales data and KPI and make action plans, which can be implemented in the store to improve on business; 分析门店的销售数据和关键绩效指标的完成情况,并在此基础上提出行动计划,以提高门店的营运业务表现; - Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Customer Service ensuring that store associates follow sales procedures enthusiastically satisfy customers; 承诺为顾客提供优质的客户服务,确保门店员工遵循公司制定的销售步骤,热情地为顾客服务,满足他们需求; - Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction; 及时妥善处理顾客投诉及问询; 提高顾客满意度; - Execute CRM procedure, manage long term relationship with customers to create sustainable sales. 执行顾客关系管理策略,维护长期顾客关系,以创造可持续业绩。 Operations Management营运管理 - Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulation; operation policies and procedures; 监督和管理公司规章制度、营运相关管理制度及流程在门店的执行; - Manage upkeep and conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises; 管理并定期维护店内所有的设备、固定资产和其他器材; - Track store activities, such as product assortment plan; marketing implementation, and provide constructive suggestions to relevant department; 跟踪店铺诸如产品订货计划,市场活动等所有项目,并给予相关部门建设性的反馈; - Take overall responsibility for delivering brand standards at all times by ensuring that the store is opened/closed & operated in line with all GGDB standards, policies & procedures。 全面掌控品牌标准的始终传递,确保门店开闭及运营流程符合GGDB标准、政策和流程。 Administration Management行政管理 - Take overall responsibility for managing the stock and orders for food & consumables ensuring that the store has 100% supply of items for the customer whilst considering staff productivity (people efficiency) and operational expense (OPEX); 全面负责管理库存及食物和消耗品订单,确保门店100%满足顾客的需求,同时确保人效及运营成本; - Ensure all company policies and procedures are in place to maintain cash & stock security and that all necessary actions are taken to ensure all transactions involving stock and/or cash are done in a secure manner; 确保按公司政策和流程来维持所有的现金和库存,保持其安全性,并采取必要措施确保交接库存和现金的安全性; - Assist in store marketing events, VM and ensure they are implemented & maintained effectively; 协助店内市场活动及陈列,确保所有活动和陈列能有效的执行和维护; - Prepare for and input into regular business reviews with retail management. 与营运管理团队准备并投入定期的业务回顾。 Others其他职责 - Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management. 完成上级经理布置的其他相关工作。 Job Requirements 职位要求 Attitude 态度要求 - Ownership mindset and learning oriented. 具有求知欲和主导性。 Function技能要求 - Familiarity with computer; 具备电脑操作基础知识; - Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills; 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力; - Strong Management & coaching skills. 良好的管理及员工辅导能力; - Good business savvy and KPI analysis skill; 良好的生意敏感度及KPI分析能力; - Sales skills; 销售能力; - Flunet in English(Able to communicate and understand information from Golden Goose) 具有英语能力。 Leadership领导力要求 - Strong organizational and team building skills; 组织及团队建设能力; - Inspire people and celebrate achievement; 激发团队成员并共同庆贺成功; - Passion for resu< 对结果充满热忱; - Innovation and always adding value. 充满创作力并始终为团队增值。 Education 教育背景 - College or University Graduate; 大专及以上学历; Experience 工作经验 - At Least 2 years of store managing experience for a high end retail brand. 至少在零售品牌拥有2年店铺管理经验; - At Least 2 years of experience of managing and developing a team with 5 people or more. - 至少拥有2年管理并且发展大于或等于5人团队经验;
