This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with very strong analytical, strategic, communication skills and great leadership who will:


Draw on different sources of data and knowledge (PR, Branding, Marketing, Social Media, Product, Sales) to build tangible insights and briefs to address business challenges or opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to connect the dots and develop insights-driven marketing communication briefings that inspire the best work.

Develop integrated PR initiatives and deliver the most resonating messaging to support marketing and branding campaigns, aimed at engaging both new and existing users and enhancing brand equity across multiple platforms.

Manage PR activities and maintain company’s public image in alignment with the company's overall business strategy, ensuring that message is clear, consistent, and positively received by public.

Support the development and execution of the Group’s content and media engagement strategies for both external and internal communications to increase the Group’s share of voice in the media.

Advise and support offshore teams on the information needed from HQ Business Units to develop content targeted at business partners and other stakeholders. Consolidate opportunities and priorities into country-specific and region-specific plans annually and quarterly.

Share with team with regular communication-based insights, industry trends, competitor activities, and market snapshots that could impact PR work. Provide actionable recommendations and best marcom practices.

Self-motivated and eager to contribute to broader marketing communication efforts

A track record of strategic delivery in a marketing communication capacity, whether in PR, marketing campaign, brand building, or business consulting, for 7+ years.

A track record of leading strategic conversations with key stakeholders from various functions.

Clear storyteller; ability to synthesize, reduce, and communicate complex information. A keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality.

Strategic Planning: Ability to craft and execute a creative PR strategy that is fully integrated with the brand

Strong PR instincts and knowledge of all primary media and social media platforms

Great collaboration: including perspectives of others in pursuit of the best approach to the idea

Able to handle fast-paced environments, with quick-turn timelines

Project management skills: strong track record in managing multiple projects concurrently whilst adhering to timelines.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or other relevant field.
