We’re looking for someone to help us shape our account handling capability, in the China Hub of our in-house agency based in Shanghai. We’re looking for a Director with an ad agency background at a leadership level, so if you have strong people leader experience and top-level brand advertising agency experience this could be the role for you

This Director will lead a small team of Project Mangers (Account Handlers), who take responsibility for and champion the delivery of quality creative work, always thinking of the value we bring as an in-house agency. You will do so through a tireless passion for the LEGO brand, the effective management of your team and by meeting our marketing partners needs and addressing their business problems. You will work into the Head of the China & APAC Agency, ensuring an optimal operational set up, alongside a leadership team that is responsible for creating the setting where high quality thinking, great creative campaign work and our people can flouris

Our LEGO Agency China is the regional hub within the LEGO in-house advertising agency. We are responsible for leading strategic and conceptual development, design, and maturing communication campaigns for the China region. Our role is to engage with children and the adults in their lives, with great ideas that drive commercial momentum for our Mark
ets.
We do this by combining Global campaign toolboxes with local market insight to deliver campaigns that are relevant for audiences in the region and coherent with global franchise strategy. We also develop bespoke campaigns targeted at regional specific consumer, shopper or customer opportunities. We aim to make the LEGO brand and its franchises engaging to all our audie
nces.
