About the Role

As the Digital Learning and Instructional Designer, you’ll drive the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning experiences. Collaborating across our Product, Sales, Digital, and Marketing teams, you’ll lead the development of blended solutions that meet business-to-business (B2B) client needs and engage learners in dynamic, meaningful ways.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design, offering the opportunity to lead product innovation, influence stakeholder engagement, and explore new learning technologies to enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, outcomes-focused digital learning experiences tailored to industry and learner needs.
• Lead the integration of digital and face-to-face methodologies, applying tools such as gamification, simulations, and adaptive learning strategies.
• Champion instructional design best practices grounded in adult learning theory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SME's to co-create impactful learning products.
• Research and apply emerging learning technologies—including AI—for content development and user experience enhancements.
• Maintain course currency, quality, and compliance through effective records management and version control.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning within a B2B context.
• Strong understanding of face-to-face and online learning integration.
• Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and working with internal and external contributors.
• Familiarity with AI tools used for learning design, with a strong sense of quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to align learning initiatives to strategic goals while also delivering practical solutions.

Desirable:

• Qualifications in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital content creation tools.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks or certifications in digital learning development.
