Support business development team with well research information and other material. Essential Job Functions: Analyzing business problems of our client organizations, learner needs analysis , designing and development of content such as PPTs, workbooks, case studies, activities and other training aids, etc., Support the business development team with well researched material, information and content necessary for client acquisition/support Coordinating with Project Managers/ Business development team for making necessary revisions / updation in the content and learning material. Conducting Quality reviews (editorial, content, etc.) for all learning assets and ensure the solutions adhere to quality standards. Working with SMEs and using their inputs in development of learning content. Networking with SMEs for projects Collating and analyze training effectiveness feedback to identify improvement areas in existing content, training material and delivery methodology Strengthening the knowledge base of the company by developing and posting white papers, blogs, case studies etc. Knowledge, Skills & Preferences: knowledge of various training domains knowledge of - ID principles - Adult learning principles - Various training methodologies & methodology mix to address different learning styles • Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to conceptualise end-to-end learning framework Pleasant personality Good presentation creating skills with aesthetic sense Proficiency in MS Office Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing & delivering ILT content Understanding of industries such as automobile, pharmaceutical, service preferred Education Qualification: Gradation. Post-graduation in business administration / behavioral sciences/English Certification in Instructional Designing would be preferred.
