Instructional Designer / Content Developer – Job Description

Skills Required

• At least 5+ years of experience in eLearning content development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
• Experience in eLearning content creation and ILT development
• Experience in creating scripts for WBT and video-based training
• Highly adept with the latest trends, technologies, learning solutions, best practices, and methods as they relate to eLearning, learning production, and instructional design
• Knowledge of real-world application of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult learning concepts and principles
• Certification in Instructional Design preferred
• Skilled in creating videos on Canva and PPT
• At least 2 – 3 years of working knowledge of rapid development content creation tools like Articulate Storyline would be preferred
