Job Description:

Strategic and innovative role focused on creating impactful learning experiences in the life insurance industry using microlearning, e-learning, TNA, and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy microlearning and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training need assessments.
• Integrate Generative AI tools into content creation.
• Collaborate with channel partners.
• Maintain content calendar.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in training content development.
• Expertise in microlearning, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Proficiency in TNA and AI tools.
• Channel partner engagement experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Instructional design certification.
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Captivate.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement.
