Position: Content Developer - Coding Location: Mysore To apply: [email protected] Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs per Annum Experience: 1+ Years Key Responsibility ● Develop well-researched content on Coding and keep it updated ● Design and develop Coding related content for K 12 sector ● Contextualize and develop technical content related to Coding as per the learning requirement ● Conceptualize gamification as and when required ● Utilize industry best practice's and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content. ● Collaborate with various stakeholders like SME and curriculum manager for devising the content. ● Curate the content to deliver the learning outcome. ● Development of technical based content based on Instructor led training videos. ● Development of FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc. ● Development of Electronics and Coding related training modules. ● Develop Learning Curve Analyzers to gauge the Learning Outcomes(Assessments/Practices). ● Manage Team and handle the tasks accordingly. Maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the Team. Desired Skills and Experience ● Relevant Technical Degree and subject knowledge of coding ● 1Yrs+ experience in e-learning Technical content development. ● Should be aware of Coding languages like C, C++, Scratch coding, Java and Python. ● Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio ● Impeccable grasp on English ● Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision ● Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management ● Experience in E learning industry will be preferred ● Good time management skills, prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary ● Proficiency in usage of computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office ● Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate, Captivate will be an added advantage. ● Strong writing, verbal, listening and presentation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Location: Mysore, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
