Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating between various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or 10 years field construction
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Must be able to work in Orange and Los Angeles Counties as assigned
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team relationships.
