Who You Are

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading projects to success? We're looking for a dynamic Program Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects at our Orange County Office. If you have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Review, select, and manage subcontractors and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Delegate tasks to project team(s) as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate with all members of the project team before, during, and after project completion.
• Additional duties as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project preferred).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
