Are you a driven Construction Project Manager ready to oversee major projects from start to finish? We’re hiring a hands-on leader to join our client’s specializing in full-cycle construction.

Location: Tustin

Workstyle: Hybrid (2 days in office + site visits as needed) (travel required 30%)

Salary Range: $140,000–$165,000 based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead major construction projects — from kickoff through closeout — across sectors such as industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality.
• Apply technical expertise to manage project delivery methods, construction techniques, and contract negotiations.
• Keep projects on track — Develop budgets, manage schedules, and ensure critical deadlines and milestones are met.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing construction projects, preferably from a consulting or owner's rep role.
• Bachelor Degree - Construction Management, Project Management, or a closely related field
• PMP, CCM, or MRICS certification is a strong advantage (but not required).
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery systems, and contracting strategies.
• Skilled in cost estimating, project scheduling, job costing, and managing project safety programs.
• Background in forensic construction assessments or similar investigative project work is plus.
