Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located on-site in Rajkot. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the SME sector.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in the financial services industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of SME market trends and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience in credit solutions or lending is a plus
