Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales and team efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies effectively.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of client retention and repeat business.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (if applicable).
  • Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide constructive feedback.

Market Research & Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
  • Identify new industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Present regular business performance updates to senior management.
  • Use data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy improvements.


Key Requirements:




Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in [industry-specific expertise, if applicable] is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
