Business Development Manager - Must have experience in IT sales (IT services)
Location - Rajkot, Gujarat (Work from office/Remote)
*Responsibilities:
Lead the research to discover new opportunities in the market and find smart business strategies.
Lead the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with management and clients to strategize and execute business development initiatives.
Take a leadership role in reviewing clients' feedback and driving necessary changes for continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on complex business challenges.
Lead major business development projects and initiatives.
Represent the company in high-level client meetings and negotiations.
Contribute to the formulation of long-term business development strategies.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Evaluate and implement CRM tools for efficient client management.
Skills:-
He/She must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence to gain new clients
He/she should be able to build a relationship, influence, and manage conflicts

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
