We are committed to delivering exceptional, memorable experiences for our clients in multiple industries such as beauty, wine & Spirits, and corporate to name a few. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to achieve sales goals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves making presentations, negotiating contracts, and deep understanding of experiential marketing to effectively position the company's services.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant field
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the event management, specifically experiential
  • Must have experience at an Experiential Agency
