CTI Global Logistics is a leading international logistics company specializing in time-critical freight solutions. We are a recognized player in the aviation sector, delivering tailored logistics services to major airlines, MROs, and aviation parts distributors worldwide.


As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida.


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your region.


This role requires a sales “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to close business and grow revenue. A strong commercial mindset, a proven background in logistics or aviation sales, and the drive to close deals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups based on leads and market research.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Actively support tender processes, including quote follow-ups and bid submissions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships within CTI’s global network to leverage international sales potential.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, customer interactions, and performance reporting.


Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the logistics or aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proven experience selling to airlines, MROs, stockists, and aviation parts distributors in the region.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation logistics landscape and related customer needs.
  • Experience in time-critical freight forwarding is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Well-developed network within the aviation sector (particularly Airlines and MROs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are a plus.
