Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer (Ranorex & Selenium/C# Expert)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute automation testing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through the automated testing of systems and applications. You will also support the Test Lead and Senior Test Lead in managing stakeholders and contributing to the effective day-to-day operations of the QA & Test organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust automation scripts; maintain and enhance existing automation test suites.
• Collaborate with both on-shore and off-shore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and defect resolution.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues associated with testing engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in automation testing.
• Proven expertise in Ranorex and either Selenium or C#.
• Strong experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficient in setting up and integrating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C# and/or Java.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with test tool evaluation, installation, and proof of concept (POC) activities.
