We're looking for a QA and Test Automation Engineer Lead to join our IT team, playing a pivotal role in our testing and release strategy for digital projects and BAU operations.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead and execute testing strategies across manual and automated test environments (Cypress/TOSCA).
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD testing pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the QA space, contributing to our Testing Centre of Excellence.
  • Lead efforts to reduce manual testing through innovative automation and tooling.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, key risks, and improvement opportunities.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 5–7 years of QA/test automation experience in corporate or startup environments.
  • Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress (preferred), TOSCA, GitHub Actions, SQL.
  • Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to lead QA efforts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field (preferred).
